OF THE EVENTS OF THE ANNUAL GUYANA FOLK FESTIVAL.
THIS YEAR'S FESTIVAL WILL BE HELD IN NEW YORK AS
WELL AS IN GUYANA, AS PART OF THE PRE-CARIFESTA-X
CELEBRATIONS.
OUR THEME IS "CARIBBEAN PEOPLE IN HARMONY THROUGH
CULTURE" FEATURING THE AWARDS CEREMONY,
DRAMA
FESTIVAL, SYMPOSIUM (in Guyana), FESTIVAL OF FOLK
GAMES (in Guyana), COME TO MY KWE-KWE and the FAMILY
FUN DAY (in New York).

and Beverly.
BUS ROUTES:
Coming from the Bronx, New York City -
Take the #4 train to Utica Avenue Stop.. and then B46 Bus to Beverly
Road.
There is also the B-47 and B-17 that goes to that
area.
From Long Island and Queens -
Take the Belt Parkway to Linden Blvd. At Rockaway Parkway, Make a left
and then the first right onto Ditmus. Drive to Ralph and make a right.
The School is at the first corner (Beverly)
