"The Mayor of Susanburg"
Directed by Francis Farrier & Maurice
Braithwaite
Set in the office of the Mayor of Susanburg, the Right
Honorable Mr. Mortimer Mustapha Mentore, a very controversial politician
once charged for arson many years ago, Mayor Mentore is fighting for his
very survival as Mayor of Susanburg. A delegation is petitioning the
Government to have him removed as Mayor and the Town Council disbanded
and replaced by an Interim Management Committee. Mayor Mentore however,
has no intention to roll over and die. He plans to take on his enemies,
"one son-of-a-bitch at a time" and prove beyond all reasonable
doubt that he is the boss "The Mayor of Susanburg".
Join the "Gaff" at Derrick Jeffrey's
"Standpipe"
Directed by Maurice Braithwaite
And the Lord; .... having seen the poverty of fourteen
families, gathered them all into one place and said, " This is your
promised land." And the night came, and the fourteen families fell
asleep in the open lot. Then a wicked angel appeared in the form
of a Land-lord and descended upon them. Seeing that they were without
shelter, he built a range of houses around them, and in the center he
placed a solitary Stand Pipe and christened it - "Tenement Yard".
